MOTHER'S DAY BUFFET

Traditional Mother’s Day Brunch featuring: Omelets made to order, Lyonnaise Potatoes, Waffle Station, Danish, Bagels, Fresh Cut Fruit, Our Famous 3 Choice Salads, and Carving Station with a Choice of Prime Rib or Roast Pork Loin. Entrees to include: Chicken Oscar, Pecan Encrusted Salmon, Seafood Newburg, and our famous Fraser Augratin Potatoes. Pasta Station with Penne Pasta and Tri Color Bow Tie Pasta with Eggplant, Shrimp and a Roasted Red Pepper Olio Sauce and Viennese table for dessert!
